Acceptance

By accessing or using Stuurs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Marketplace Role

Stuurs operates a multi-vendor marketplace platform connecting buyers and independent merchants. Merchants are responsible for their listings and order fulfillment.

Payments

Payments methods are either cash or card payments. All card payments are processed through our approved payment partner - Paystack. Merchant settlements are paid directly to the merchant’s account details on record. We do no hold any financial renumerations belonging to the merchant. For cash payments, it is the duty of the merchant to collect all cash payments from the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Stuurs Returns Policy and applicable law.

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stuurs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

Stuurs may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
