Stuurs may only be used for lawful buying and selling of legitimate products.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or prohibited goods; engage in fraud; infringe intellectual property; misuse the platform; or attempt unauthorized access.

Merchant Verification

Merchants may be required to provide identity, business, and bank information. Stuurs may suspend or reject accounts that fail verification.

Enforcement

Stuurs may remove listings, suspend accounts, cancel transactions, or report unlawful activity where appropriate.
